Ring for multiple people

    Hi 3cx team,

    We are very excited to use the WordPress Click 2 talk plugin.

    One thing that we haven’t been able to figure out is how to make it so that when a user “clicks to talk” on our website the phone call rings for all of our agents that are logged into the webclient.

    We assume this is done via ring groups but ring groups don’t give you a Click 2 talk URL.

    Please advise on how we can resolve this.

    Hello @arduinoman ,

    Definitely enabling the option to have Click2Talk for Ring Groups is something that we already have in mind. It is something that we can enable at later stage of our product roadmap.

    I have install 3cx V16 beta and use my website with wordprss, I also install the wordpress 3cx Click To Talk item . If I connect to my 3cx URL “3CX Click2Talk URL” directly, it can work. But When I connect to my website and it comes out :”Failed to fetch”. My website have applied SSL,

    How can I build this function on non-wordpress website?

    Please follow the instructions provided on the following guide:

    It is important to have configured on your PBX on Settings-> WordPress, the URL of your website.
    Please verify if this is the case.

    For non-WordPress site, we will release soon a blog post, that will mention the steps that you should follow for those cases.
