Ringing only once or max twice

    I’ve set the ringer to 10 rings, but it only rings once or twice and cuts off during the second ring.

    Can you check your browser’s console for any JS errors while it’s ringing?

    Yes I can do, but can you explain how I do that please?

    While at the dashboard page press the F12 button on your keyboard. It should open the console in another window. When a chat comes in and it starts ringing check the console for any Javascript errors.

    Does this happen on all browsers? Have you tested this on another computer?

    Yes, all browsers and different computers (desktops and laptops)
