    You are ruining your business
    I have been using AIOSEO for over 12 years.
    Now you are making mistakes after mistakes, update after update.
    Among many others:
    ==Changing the title of my website, which is one of the most sensitive things in SEO??
    ==SEO Title length: No title has been specified??? it is specified!
    Where people are working mistakes are made of course.
    But, neglecting my setting “do not update” and do a force update is just RUDE.

  • this plugin is now turned into a virus. ruined everything on my site with an unauthorized update

    One of the site we manages lost 27% organic 9 days after we update it, reverting it back to 3.7.1 and it started to climb back up. It is a terrible update to be honest. Email to support were not helpful with “We will try to fix it soon” – Organic keeps dropping – this is a mainstream site btw.

    Hey everyone,

    We’ve decided to remove our own auto-update functionality all together since this issue seems to be happening on a limited amount of websites and we aren’t able to reproduce it on our end.

    Unfortunately, because the current version still includes that code, it will probably auto-update one more time.

    If the issue goes away after 4.0.12, then we must have messed something up and that’s definitely on us. If it doesn’t go away however, then there might be some obscure WordPress bug that you’re running into and we’ll continue to troubleshoot that accordingly.
