Rip-off!?!

This plugin seems to copy https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/quantities-and-units-for-woocommerce/
It got the same bugs and even uses the same DB-Tables. By installing one, defining a rule, deactivating the plugin and installing this rip-off the rule form the original plugin is shown.
Though, the original is working neither.
