Rip Off

  • I sign up an just trying to test out on my woocommerce and in a week I get a bill for over $300!! They not only billed me twice for monthly fees but then they billed me a fee for every sale I made on my websites (that are all connected with other apps). They said they are entitled to a percentage of all my sales.

    I did not even use this app for these sales!! These sales were not a result of this crappy app but they still charged my credit card over $300.

    If don’t want to lose over $300 in one week I would avoid CODISTO!

    I plan to make sure people know about this everywhere I can so they don’t have to lose over $300 like I have.

    James, your comments on this review are totally FALSE. The bill for $300 was correctly calculated based on the volume of orders our solution processed for you. We did NOT bill you twice. We NEVER said we are entitled to a percentage of all your sales. We are not.
    We only charge for Marketplace orders we transfer not web orders (or marketplace orders we don’t transfer from non managed products). We have had multiple communications with you via support and explained that the charges were 100% correct due how successful.

    We can only conclude therefore that you are using a misleading negative review as a ruse to try and not pay. This is extremely disappointing given all the support we provided to you.

    If we engaged in the practice that you are claiming we wouldn’t have a business. Instead, we are the leading solution for Amazon/eBay integration software globally. We kindly request that you remove this review as you are simply making the ecommerce environment worse for ALL users (not just our company) by posting misleading information.
