Robo Gallery plugin – How set working Facebook social button

    Hi All,
    I’ve activated the Facebook social button, but when I press this button during slideshow a Facebook popup windows appear with an
    error:

    “It was not possible to send your message due to the presence of content reported as offensive by other Facebook users.”

    Where I can find a guide or an help to make this button work correctly?
    Is it needed a specific setup or customization on Facebook account, or in wordpress installation?

    The behavior of RoboSoft is truly unspeakable with the total consent to reply to support tickets open both at their website https://robosoft.co/ and here in this section.
    Tickets created for more than a week left in the Open state, probably not even read, with no communication.

    I bought the Pro license and I must say I regretted it.

    The customer is totally abandoned.

    I am completely disappointed, I think I do not adopt their plugin to create image galleries but I will use something else.

    I will certainly prepare negative reviews towards RoboSoft and this plugin, so that other users can save themselves from their indifference.

    A fraud.

    If you create local ticket please tell me ID’s of this tickets we’ll check

    If you able please post here link to the page with gallery where you published social buttons. We’ll try to test.

    The reason of this behavior could be some conflict with another plugin or your wordpress theme, but any way we need to test gallery directly on this page.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
