Robots disappears after a while

  • Hi Team, Hi All,

    I have the following setup:
    Wordpress MU 3.51
    W3 Total Cash (last version).
    Multisite Robot Manager 0.40
    NGINX

    When I save Robots through MS Robot Manager, I can see the Robot.txt for all of my sites.
    But after a while (around 3 minutes) I can not acces it and receive the 404 error.

    I’ve tried to :

    _ disable W3 TC; same problem
    _ use MS Robot Manager on Network admin Dashboard, and use the 3 buttons “Mass clean”; “Check for missing rewrite rules” and Check for old Robots.txt plugin data
    _ try to check my NGINX.conf; my robots is allow
    I can see the robot but just for a while; seemes to be a cash problem.
    But disabling the W3 TC not solve the problem.

    Restarting the NGINX service give me back the robots access just for 3 minutes.
    Any idea ?
