    Hi Jeff.

I just added your Blackhole plugin but I have a doubt; checking the plugin admin instructions, it says:

Add the following rules to your site’s robots.txt file:

    User-agent: *
    Disallow: /?blackhole

But checking your robots.txt rules (https://perishablepress.com/wordpress-robots-rules/), I can see this:

    Disallow: /blackhole/

What’s the difference and the better way?
    Thanks mate.

    Hi @gamerwp,

The Disallow: /blackhole/ is for an early version of the PHP/standalone Blackhole script. It no longer is relevant to any Blackhole plugin or script.

Definitely follow the steps that you see on the plugin settings page. That’s gonna be the latest and most current information for setting it up.
