Robots.txt is unstable

    robots.txt is not validLighthouse was unable to download a robots.txt file.

    If your robots.txt file is malformed, crawlers may not be able to understand how you want your website to be crawled or indexed. Learn more about robots.txt.

    I don’t know where to start to fix this problem.
    I still test the site with Lightshouse and sometimes see an error, other times check it without errors. It seems to be unstable.
    Can you tell me the cause and fix the problem?
