    Hey experts,

I am using wordpress for my website and it is showing me redirect to homepage while opening the robots.txt for the page. Even I can’t see it in search console.

    I’m using DIVI Theme
    WOrdpress up to date
and robots file is generated by AISEO

@princesharma10 I cannot inspect the page since I’m being blocked by Cloudflare.

My website is currently affected by D-dos, so can’t change the settings, so can i please know which country you are trying to access it in.

I have removed belgium from the cloudflare, now you can access it.

What happens when you temporarily disable AIOSEO?

Well nothing changes in that case as well. The file is generated by AISEO, when I disable it there is no file.

Also, I tried disabling the AISEO and creating a file named robots.txt in pubilc_html, nothing happened, and results were just the same.

@princesharma10 that means the issue lies elsewhere. AIOSEO does not create its own file but rather modifies the default one that WordPress generates (through a filter hook). If the issue persists while AIOSEO is disabled, then that means AIOSEO isn’t the issue.

If a physical robots file also does not work, then your server must be misconfigured. Unfortunately that’s not something we can help with. I’d check your server configuration to see if you are blocking or redirecting requests to your robots.txt.

Thank you, but it didn’t work either. I tried the same, I ran the theme in safe mode that means every possible threat is removed, still got no luck with that, and that is why i’m stressed a bit, because my site rankings are being affected and I think this could be the possible issue
