Robust Shopping Cart With Superior Support

I’ve used WP EasyCart for a while now, and have appreciated that it is reasonably intuitive to navigate and set-up. I also like the spectrum of features and functionality that it provides. One nagging problem that I was experiencing, however, was that during the checkout process, form fields would become highlighted with a light blue background that made it extremely difficult for a customer to actually see what they were typing. As we all know, anything that makes the shopping/checkout experience harder is NOT good. Despite trying everything, I couldn’t figure out a fix. So, the other day (Sunday) I submitted a trouble ticket where I described the problem and included a screenshot to display what I was seeing. Monday morning, I get a response from Josh in tech support advising that he too can see the problem and that it’s an issue with my firm’s WordPress theme (appearance options). He then provided a short string of CSS for implementation into the WP EasyCart CSS settings. He suggested that he thought it would correct the problem, but couldn’t be absolutely sure – if it didn’t solve the problem, I may need to connect with my theme provider. I implemented the CSS and it worked like a charm! Problem solved. So, in addition to being a great shopping cart, WP EasyCart also provides timely and helpful customer support, which I really appreciate!
