Rogue Admin access

    OK I made a big rookie mistake and let a company have access to my cpanel and WP with admin privileges.Long story short they couldnt deliver on the coding they promised (header work) therefore I fired them.She put in something way before i even fired her and blocked her access. She warned me if I dont pay in one hour she will take my site down.If i put my site back up she will take it down again (she wnet evil). Three days later with me and my hosting company trying to stop her with no luck. She is still causing headaches. She locked me out od cpanel and email ??

    Any ideas to get rid of a rogue person with admin privilages hidden!

    Thanks for any tips! Business is suffering and don’t have time for this baby stuff….Company is in UK so guessing laws don’t apply here…

  • This isn’t related to supercache, right? So this is the wrong forum for this question.

    Your hosting company should be able to take care of this — and if they can’t, time to get a new hosting company… Oh – by the way, I run a web hosting company… ??
