Rogue header banner Ad appears after upgrading subscribe2 plugin to ver 10.19.0

  • I upgraded the subscribe2 plugin today to version 10.19.0
    To my surprise a large size rogue header ad banner appeared on the top (as well a bottom) of the website from nowhere. pl see here https://www.yogicwayoflife.com
    I have not put the ad banner on the top of my page.

    When I deactivate the subscribe2 plugin, the rogue banner disappears. So the upgrade was definitely the cause of it.
    It was working OK till today before the upgrade.

    I think this is a bug that needs to be fixed by the author.
    Anyone else experienced this problem?
    I am using WordPress version 4.2.2 AND Theme: Journal ver 1.1
