    I’ve got a users who’s submitted about 500 ratings, many of which are for protected pages inside of learndash they don’t have access too. My sense is this is a bug, how could someone rate a page they don’t have access too?

    I’m running on KINSTA with REDIS enabled. Is this plugin redis compatible? Could this be an error of the system recording the ratings to the wrong users?

    Hi @thelanj,

    This sounds like a bot is submitting ratings on your website. I recommend enabling IP protection and if that doesn’t help the reCAPTCHA feature, at least temporarily. The bot is probably just submitting rating for random post ids which exist or don’t exists and therefore you see ratings for earndash pages.
