• Can anyone help?

I did a fresh install of WordPress via Plesk panel on a dedicated server, and somehow a permanent redirect has been created, directing this domain to a different URL (one that coincidentally shares the same IP address).

Have checked every file on the server (htaccess, php) and cannot find where the redirect is. Have searched every file and the database, and cannot find. As far as I can see, it doesn’t exist on my server.

Have also tried deleting all files and doing a manual installation of WordPress. No use – the rogue redirect is still in place.

Any help or suggestions as to where to look and to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

I’m not seeing any 301s from your link. It might be because it’s an under construction page. Is the different domain one of yours or something unrelated? Have you verified both the site and home URL settings are correct? There are no redirects or rewrites in .htaccess besides the default WP rewrite rules?

Check your hosting account settings for any kind of domain alias sort of thing.
