Role-based pricing with multiple roles

I’m running into an issue where users are not seeing the correct role-based price.

I have role-based pricing enabled and prices added for the custom role Promotive. If a user has only the Promotive role, it works fine. If the user has another custom role as well (RET_US), they see the general price, rather than the Promotive role-based price.

Any suggestions on how to work around this while retaining both user roles for marketing and access purposes?
