I have a DIVI site that has GiveWP installed.
I want to give the GiveWP Manager some basic page and post editing access. But enabling access in the Divi Role editor doesn’t give access to the various settings and modules as it should when those are enabled for the GiveWP Manager.
Is there a fix for that? Can you help?

    Hi @zifbox,

    Happy to clarify here.

GiveWP Managers not being able to access certain GiveWP sections is on purpose, because from our understanding, this kind of data should be accessible only for administrators.

Something you could try here is changing the capabilities of the GiveWP Manager role. You can do that using this plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/user-role-editor/ to manage the roles you have on your site and what each one can do.

    Hi @zifbox,

    Just following up here.
Do you still need assistance here?

    Thanks Rick.
    I appreciate your reply.

I understand what you’re saying and why GiveWP have decided to do it that way.
It’s weird (and unfortunate) that those role adjustments look like they’re available to turn on and off in the Divi role editor, though.
If those options aren’t available, it would be better if didn’t look like they were.

    Thanks (again)
