Role for guests

  • Guests can’t have roles because roles are directly tied to user accounts in WordPress.

    Nevertheless, roles for guests would be extremely dangerous because it would just give anyone visiting your site permission to do specific things (capabilities). That’s not something you should even attempt.

    Yes I now, but I use the anspress plugin, and all guest can add questions, but they cannot answers on there questions. But this option is available by administrator, and this option would be choice in the settings.

    This is a question for the Anspress plugin author then. It’s outside the scope of the Members plugin.
