Role Manager

  • I’m using the 2.7.1 wordpress

    my question is I’ve downloaded “Role Manager” which is great, I can make people do certain things, and have shit off limits, now what I’m doing is going thru my 47 pages of people and making them posters, is there and easier way to do it in one swipe, cause im on page 7 and I have to reach 47 ?? to long, also, I want to email them, to let them know, know any good mass email progs, for wordpress, so i don’t have to copy paste into my websites email addy, or personal addy, and besides I think there’s only a certain amount of names you can enter into the emial addy box??

  • There’s a plugin called Mass Mail which sounds like it’ll do what you need for mailing your users.

    But regarding the Role Manager problem, in my experience with it I don’t know that there’s a way to do it other than maybe going thru the database and adding them in that way. It might be faster than the WordPress interface, but would require some knowledge of SQL.

    Bro, I actaully went to “USERS” and clicked on “SUBSCRIBER” and just checked marked all and made them into posters, almost done.
