Role Mappings per Site in WordPress MS

I have the Shibboleth Plugin installed, it is fully functional, and on the parent website, we are able to configure the Shibboleth Plugin to map Roles to Groups within our AD service.
However, on the network sites, the Plugin exists, states that it is Network enabled, but there is no way to configure what Groups can be mapped to what Roles as the configuration screen simply does not exist under “Settings”.
Am I missing something obvious?
