Role or Group?

    I am creating a site for rental properties. Each property will have its own group with its own section of the site. However on the site I will also have different levels of membership. Different levels of membership have access to different pages on the main site. Should I do this membership level as roles within WP core and group membership via ProfileGrid or just do both with ProfileGrid?

    You may create a group for each rental property, each group details will display on group page and for different page access to different roles you may use content restriction feature of ProfileGrid.
