Hello. I am currently testing out the free version of this plug-in before purchasing the full version. I noticed that when I assign a role-based price to a product, that overrides the sale price for that product, even if it is higher than the sale price.

Is there a way to default the price to always show the lowest possible price (enabling the sale price if that happens to be lower than the user’s role-based price)?

I know it would be possible to create a default role that every user is also assigned to, but it would be easier if there was a way to set the sale price to override user roles.

    Thanks!

    Hello @jasone7713,

The feature of showing the sale price if the role-based price is higher than the sale price is available in our premium version. We shall be checking the possibility to add the same in the basic version for future releases.

    Thanks.

Great thanks! Not a problem at all–I plan on buying the plug-in but wanted to confirm that feature beforehand.

    Have a great day.

That’s great to hear. You may refer to this document on how to make the feature work.

    Hope that helps.
