Role removing

    Some of the users lost their discord roles. Their subscriptions are paid but the roles are removed. When I click the Run API button the roles are restored. But I have thousands of members, I can’t click this button all the time. What cause this issue?

    Several factors can cause the failure of roles assination for example the number of Discord API calls are reached.
    did you ask users to: disconnect / connect to put their roles in order?
