role restriction

    Can you please elaborate a bit more on this. If it is feasible I will try and include in the upcoming newer version

    What I mean is that I can set allow_role=”subscriber_above” and it opens the content for all roles from subscriber up.

    We have a lot of posts where we us this (thanks for the plugin ?? and it’s a bit cumbersome to write alle the roles everytime. Such a feature would shorten time and is less error prone.

    The problem is that one cannot be certain about the roles hierarchy. It is possible for someone to setup their installation such that there are additional roles – which will mean that there is no way for me to know for sure which role stands as the base role.

    I understand. Maybe capabilities would resolve this?
