    Hello,

    I’ve as a reward that a user get a specific role and with that access to a specific category, however when I’m assigning the role in the points and rewards system it’s not saved. Therefore the role is not unlocked. I’ve the pro plugin and wrote you via email however no response.

    I don’t see any trace of your message in our emails.
    Did you send your email to [email protected] ?

    If not, please send your support request to that address. We’re not allowed to do support for the pro version here.

    Thank you for the fast response, I’ve sent previous emails to [email protected] couldn’t find any other email on the website.

    However just send the email to the support email. Hope you can help me fast, it’s rather a time sensitive step and would have resovled the problem soon.

    We didn’t receive any new email in our support mailbox.
    It seems your emails don’t go through (we don’t even see them in our spam box).

    Another solution is to join our discord server. You will fint a link to it in the plugin’s administration, when you click on the “Admin Menu” on the top right.
