    As the administrator I can add meetings but I want the editor to be able to do so as well. Right now the user that has the editor role gets an error when she clicks Meetings.

    In User Role Editor, under Custom Post Types, I see Meetings and also Webinar. They each have the same 11 capabilities, which I have enabled for the Editor.
    Create posts
    Delete others posts
    Delete posts
    Delete private posts
    Delete published posts
    Edit posts
    Edit posts
    Edit private posts
    Edit published posts
    Publish posts
    Read private posts

    Thanks for reaching us.

    By default, only admin can create meetings. Unfortunately, there is no such kind of option in the plugin to allow it for other user roles. It needs to customize the plugin templates to realize your request.
