Role unable to edit using Elementor

Hi,

I’ve created a role that is assigned to a WP user, this user is the author of a single webpage. When I try to edit this page as the WP user in elementor, Elementor starts, you see the Elementor splash screen of the ‘E’ logo and the text ‘LOADING’ underneath but it never completes to show the expected edit window, instead a popup appears ‘Can’t Edit? If you are experiencing a loading issue contact your site administrator….’

I feels like Elementor is starting but is there a PublishPress setting that needs to be enabled to allow Elementor to complete the load? I have the options ‘Capabilities’ -> ‘Post Editing Capabilities’ -> ‘Page’ -> Edit, Publish and Edit Published enabled for the role.
