Roles and capabilities not working

  • Dear team,

    The roles (capabilities) created by Kivikare(free), such as kiviCare_clinic_admin do not appear in the role name in the “member plugins”, I am also using the “ultimate member plugin”, and when selecting roles that can access the page referring to Kivikare, and when clicking update, does not change the role. The title does not appear in the roles view, this only happens for the roles (capabilities) created by Kivikare(free), the others appear and it works ok. I need these roles enabled to be able to restrict access to certain pages.
