Roles dont change

I would be more than happy to assist you with this

To get this automation you may need to create 2 autoamtions:
1) To detect when the user acquires the membership, and add the role to the user
2) To detect when the user cancels its membership, and then remove the role from his account

From those 2 automations, could you upload screenshots of what you have setup?

It seems that subscription Expiration time dint work.
I try to make an automation based on subscription date expiration but nothing happens.

Note: We have made a change with integrations and now all integrations are included in AutomatorWP

So, if you have AutomatorWP up to date you do not need install any integration since all are now built-in on AutomatorWP

Hi. thank you very much for your help.
Im trying to make a sequential membership plan.
I want to move users from one membership plan to another based by subscriptions expiration date.
The first plan works but the others don’t. is stack to the second.
When the user register goes to level 1 and after x days expiration subscription goes to level 2 and then stack there.
i have 6 levels.
There is a way to make this plan work?
There is a way to unsubscribe members from one level and subscribe them to another based by expiration date sequential?

Should work because every time the level expires on Paid Memberships Pro, AutomatorWP will move the user to the next level

Have you tried this with a test account? It’s as simple as create a test account with the subscriber and then try to join to the level 1, then at the moment it expires AutomatorWP will handle it and move this user to the next

Also, will be helpful to meet if at the moment the membership expires, you have anything registered in AutomatorWP > Logs menu

And as final note, check if all plugins are up to date
