    Thanks for reaching out.

    Most likely the problem is caused by some other plugin which is modifying default users’ capabilities.

    Could you please try adding the following code to your site’s wp-config.php file and see if it fixes the issue?

    define( 'SFWC_VALID_ROLE_LOOSE_MODE', true );
