The latest update gives a problem on my site. Customers are unable to place an order (they cannot finish the checkout process). I have used wprollback to get back to the previous version of mailpoet but that plugin does not offer me the option to also rollback the premium version of mailpoet. Where can I find the previous Mailpoet premium version?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @dennisvanessen,

Where can I find the previous Mailpoet premium version?

We don’t have older versions of the Premium plugin available to be downloaded. Please contact us via email (you can use the Sales form for that) and we can send you a .zip file for that.

Also, we would appreciate it if you could share more details about the issue you’re facing with your customers, so we can investigate what’s happening and get it fixed.

    Thank you!

    Hi Bruna,
I was able to find the source of the problem. It was caused by the plugin ‘Add-on WooCommerce MailPoet 3’ from Tikweb. This plugin adds the option to subscribe to the Mailpoet newsletter on the checkout page, an option which your plugins do not provide. I have posted a ticket on their wordpress page.

Right, thanks for letting us know.

This plugin adds the option to subscribe to the Mailpoet newsletter on the checkout page, an option which your plugins do not provide.

This should be possible if you have the option “Opt-in on checkout” enabled in MailPoet > Settings > WooCommerce tab. Even if you want the user to be added to a second list (other than the WooCommerce Customers list), you can change the settings there. So maybe you would not need the add-on at all.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Have a great day!
