Rollover Javascript not working in text widget

I want to enable this simple rollover Javascript on images in my sidebar:

<script type=”text/javascript” src=”imgRoll.js”></script>

I’ve tried adding it in the default text widget with no luck as well as adding it to the text widget created by the plugin “HTML Javascript Adder” still with no luck.

I don’t know why it’s not working. My theme is “Easel.” Any help is greatly appreciated!
