    Hi,

After enabling “Remove category base” and “Remove parent slugs” on Rank Math > general setting > Woocommerce, the translated product catalog page and detailed product page (generated by the TranslatePress plugin) redirect to the 404 page.
If I disable the “Remove category base” and “Remove parent slugs” functions, this issue will be solved. my website has 5 language versions now.

Can you please advise how to solve this issue if I enable “Remove category base” and “Remove parent slugs”?
    Thanks in advance

    Hello @luislu,

Thank you for contacting the support and we regret the inconvenience caused.

Please head over to your WordPress admin area > Settings > Permalinks, click on the “Save Changes” button (without making any changes) and see if that fixes the issue.

If not, please add the below filter to the website and see if that helps:

You can follow this guide to add the filter:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/wordpress-hooks-actions-filters/

If the issue still persists, please take a backup of your .htaccess file and replace it with the default WordPress .htaccess file. You can get the file contents here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/htaccess/

Once done, clear your website and browser’s cache and check the pages again.

Let us know how that goes.

    It doesn’t work.

I don’t want to disable custom product redirection, is there any other way to solve this issue?

    Hello @luislu,

At the moment the only way to get around this issue is to disable our custom product redirection.

Our dev team is aware of this situation and working on a full fix for this without disabling the redirection, but at the moment that is still not available.

    Hope this helps.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
