Room Archive text change

I want to change the ‘Rooms Archive’ text on the /rooms/ page. I have modified the theme /archive.php and /category.php files, and also added the template files from the plugin and modified each one of those such as templates/archive/archive-room.php and templates/archive/page-title.php without luck.

Could you let me know which file controls this page title please?

Also, where do I set the room archive page description? on your demo, this is the text ‘This is a custom description for the room archive page. It’s optional and you can put your preferred text here.’ at https://manila.wphotelier.com/rooms/
