Room Deposits & Rates, and Amenities

It looks like the Total cost is the sum of the Deposit plus the Room cost (rate x hrs). In my experience, and the norm for the local community centers around here, is that there is a total cost and then a deposit payed into an Ecrow account, which is refundable after the event if there is no damage.. i.e. The Total cost = Room cost (rate x hrs).
Therefore “Total” cost should be “Amount Due” at reservation.

Also selected amenities should have a cost associated with them, otherwise they should just be added to the room.
