Rooms – Add Photos not working

    Hey, are you using IE browser? We are experiencing problems with IE from time to time, it would be great if You could try Firefox or Chrome.

    Hey, before I came on the forum I tried IE, Firefox and Chrome, across 2 different Pc windows 7 and 10, I have also tried deactivating all other plug ins but still no joy. I had 4 rooms that i loaded 3 weeks ago and they worked fine. last week i added a new room and couldn’t add photos , now the other 4 rooms are doing the same

    Please try https://hotels.wix.com/standalone to rule out WP as culprit. Could you also try incognito/private mode?

    there is no problem at https://hotels.wix.com/standalone it works fine there. incognito/private mode while in wordpress still did not work

    Could you help me by checking errors in browser console?

    For Chrome, open console like this: https://developer.chrome.com/devtools/docs/console#opening-the-console Then do a screenshot, or just mark, copy, and paste all messages here. It would really help, because I have no idea what could have gone wrong.

    Was there any system or anti-virus update or install by any chance at the time that you’ve noticed image manager not working?

    Forgot to point that I’m interested in console messages after click on “Add Photos”.
