• So Network Solutions requires you to install WP into a sub folder -“wordpress”. I want the site to NOT be in a sub folder so it doesn’t show https://www.examplesite.com/wordpress. I tried the method of duplicating the index.php and editing require(‘./wordpress/wp-blog-header.php’); to no avail. Seems no matter what I try, I get the /wordpress address. How can I get ride of this? I am OK with the subfolder as long as it doesn’t show it being IN a subfolder. GoDaddy is far easier to manage on these installs as their process puts the site in the root folder.
