    I have a question?
    the omit portion of the screenshots where it shows this custom field rop_ignore with custom field value of true

    Q1: So I must add this custom field and value to all my existing posts to prevent them from being republished?

    Q2: And this feature is only available in the Pro Version?

    Q3: Where are the screen shots for the Free Version?

    Q4: If I create a special category and then selected all categories except that one would that be the only posts that get republished? If so, is this in free as well as Pro version?

    Q1. You would need to add the custom field and value to any post you don’t want to be republished unless the posts are in specific categories and you want to exclude those categories in their entirety.

    Q2. Correct.

    Q3. The screenshots for both versions are combined. The items in red are pro features while the items not in red are free features.

    Q4. What you’ve described should work. Excluding categories is a free feature.
