rotate images = broken links in media library

  • so I choose an image in the library, click edit image and the little icon is the broken link…for every image in the library! the image shows before I click edit link, the image shows on all the pages of the website. ONLY in edit is it broken. how to fix?

    on localhost so cant link to site

    Try deactivating all of your plugins to explore whether any could be responsible. If none are, keep all plugins deactivated and switch to the Twenty Fifteen/ Fourteen theme to see whether it could an issue with your theme.
