    Hi!

    First; great plugin!!!!!

On my website I have on 2 places where I show your data.
    Lightroom training

and a photography page Photography training

One shows that I have 50 reviews and the other 58. And more important to me, when you Google “verhijden”, Google says rating 5,0 out of 58 reviews and your plugin says “4,9”. I cleared the plugin cache and other caches.

    Please help

@verhijden I am pretty sure that you have two different ages of cached pages here. This is not related to the cached data within the plugin, rather the overall page cache.

I checked the Place ID and they match. The rounding error is likely to be caused by the Places API returning something less than 4.95 in its data – check the Retrieved Data tab to see the source number here. The plugin does not use the resulting reviews shown publicly in Google to source its data.

Please can you confirm that you’ve cleared this and refreshed the data for both pages (or the website generally)?

    Thank you,

    Noah

The retrieved data shows indeed 4,9, but on the native Google search page it shows 5. Thats a Google thing.

And on my side, it seems that the short-code generated code was injected in the text-editor (DIVI from Elegant Themes). A replaced it (again?!) with the shortcode. So far good. So I don’t know how this shortcode was replaced by html stuff.

Anyway it works. Thanks for your quick support AND great plugin!!

@verhijden Thanks for the update here – I thought the “old” version issue it was rather strange!

The overall rating should iron out when another review is added to the data. I don’t know why Google would ever have a different overall rating between the two places… that is a bit odd.

And, if you like the plugin, please leave a review ??
