rounding type

“Rounding type down” is available in the free version as well.

Here is a sample shortcode for the same:

[round type="down"][cost]*1.5[/round]

I was able to calculate the shipping cost as expected.
How can you do this for free?
For me, this method worked better than the table rate.
I’ve tried a lot of source code and searched for plugins.
