Row Display Widths Not Applying

The display widths for the form fields in the checkout area are not displaying for me. They were working fine, but when I upgraded to the latest version of WP, and the newest version of WooCommerce, the width rules broke and everything is displaying a full-width.
Note: I’m also using WooCommerce Multistep Checkout Wizard, but it was also installed previously before I updated my WP core and plugins.
