Royal Addons Form Builder how to change email

    I am using this html for the Form Builder Email section under “Message”:

    “<h2>New Contact Form Submission</h2>
    Email: [id=”email”]
    Subject: [id=”subject”]
    Message: [id=”message”]”

    The email that gets sent after submitting the form was this:

    “New Contact Form Submission

    Email: Your Email: [email protected]
    Subject: Subject: Product Inquiry
    Message: Your Message: Hello I would like to do business.”

    The problem is as you can see that “Email” is followed by “Your Email” and “Message” is followed by “Your Message”. The shortcode is automatically adding the labels and I’ve been trying all day but it doesn’t seem like there’s any way to prevent this or two write a custom email template.

    I’m using the free version of Royal Addons.

    Please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: [email protected]

    Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content click on Download Export File, and then send this file to our email – [email protected] as well.

    We will analyze your system and replicate the same case. This will help us to debug the issue much easier and provide a faster solution.
