Royal Elementor Kit Template Cant Change Images

    I am/was really impressed by the speed it took me to setup a website using your Kit Template.

    The only problem is I cannot locate where I need to go to change the default images.

    The main header image on the home page and the header images from the internal pages are not mentioned in your help files for this. I tried to locate and replace them with images using the same name in the media library but that’s not worked.

    And I am not sure what to do from here. I don’t want to touch the code if I don’t have to.

    Please advise.

    UPDATE: I found them. And it is an error. When I edit any of those pages the tab on top of their sections are not showing. In the case of the internal pages the section tab would show but when I tried to move the mouse pointer over them it would then vanish?!

    Using the section navigator was the solution as I could get into the images settings from there.

    Hi,

    I think you are editing pages and trying to access header from page editor, the reason why you can’t find editor tabs there is that you have to go to Royal Addons > Theme Builder > Header to edit those top sections:

    If I misunderstood something please follow steps below:

    Please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: [email protected]

    Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content and click on Download Export File and then send this file to our email – [email protected] as well

    We will analyze your system and replicate the same case. This will help us to debug the issue much easier and provide a faster solution.
