Royal Mail Click and Drop Tracking

Can you share a screenshot of the order notes of the tracking information added by Royal Mail’s Click and Drop API?

Even though I’ve set it up in Click and Drop as per instructed in the link above (4. How to pass tracking information), the information doesn’t arrive into Woocommerce for some reason.

The tracking number may be emailed directly to the customer from Royal Mail, but I can’t confirm that. I’ll ask around.

Hi, this is a post by Royal Mail. As they write in the post, they are adding the tracking info to the order notes API endpoint and not to the Shipment Tracking API endpoint.
1. you can contact tRoyal Mail and ask them to add compatibility with AST
2. Share a screenshot of the order notes created by Royal Mail in your order so we can see how it adds the info, we are working on integration add-on for AST and maybe we can add the Royal Mail Click & Ship.

Royal Mail uses a 13 digit code for each order and passes the information as shown into the ‘Order notes’. It would be incredibly helpful if your plugin could pull this information out of the notes and put them into the ‘Completed’ email with the link.

There would be a great number of people who would find this useful and would certainly pay for it.
