Royal mail plugin rates not being shown

Thanks for using our plugin.
What are the weight and dimensions of the item?

The item which has been added to the cart page has weight and dimensions which are 10kg and 5X2X8cm. But not all products have weight and dimensions.

Thanks for the screenshot, based on the settings you have, the plugin should return shipping prices.

I think the issue is a conflict in the shipping zones. Please, note that WooCommerce only triggers one zone only based on the customer address, the priority is from top to bottom. The first zone that matches the address will be triggered.
You need to assign Royal Mail to the first shipping zone named store

Yes, the zones were not correctly ordered. It seems this was causing the royal mail rates not to be shown on the cart page. Thank you very much for your help.
