RPWE Shortcode not working with category

    I’m trying to use a shortcode to see if I can work around the issues introduced by v. 2.0.2 and Site Origin. The shortcode works until I assign a category then nothing shows. I have verified that there are multiple published posts of the given category and am only trying to show the last one using.

    [rpwe post_type=”post” post_status=”publish” cat=”FP1″ order=”DESC” orderby=”date” limit=”1″ readmore=”false” excerpt=”true” length=”20″ date=”false” thumb=”true” thumb_width=”350″ thumb_height=”200″]

    It works as expected until I ad the cat=”FP1″ argument. The site has no caching plugin.

    I had the same issue. After some trial and error, I discovered that the documentation is wrong.

    Use category=”FP1″ instead of cat=”FP1″ in the shortcode parameters.

    @denis24 You rock! Thank you, worked perfectly.

    When you used that, did you all use the category slug or the full category name? Either way, sadly, it doesn’t seem to be working for me.
