RSS 2.0 Displays ? instead of other Punctuation

RSS feed is https://aimeefayebell.com/journal/?feed=rss2 and I am using https://www.rssfeedreader.com to integrate the feed into my website elsewhere.

If using WP 2.0.5, you may benefit from this patch:

If using 2.0.3, you’ll need another patch.

2.0.4, so no tuneup patch necessary. (but you should update to 2.0.5 soon for security fixes!)

In viewing the feed, I don’t see any ?’s. Perhaps the aggregator you’re using is the one with issues?

I do see some date issues though.

Are you running any plugins that might impact the RSS feed?

Bloglines has recently (Nov 2006) been having problems displaying punctuation (at least for many of the feeds I read).
