RSS 2.0 not working

Although my broswer sees an RSS feed it seems to be broken (validator says that there is a black line before the <!xml validator.

XML Parsing Error: xml declaration not at start of external entity
Location: https://feeds.feedburner.com/MartialWhat
Line Number 2, Column 1:<?xml version=”1.0″ encoding=”UTF-8″?>
^

Validator also suggests how to remove it but I cannot find a solution.
