RSS Address at the bottom of page

I have a couple of addresses (automatically put in) at the bottom of the blog page for RSS Entires and Comments. When I click on them, I get a page not found error. Are they supposed to go somewhere?

Here is where they currently go (and get the Page not found error — my blog is located at https://www.reawakener.com/blog):

Entries Rss = feed:https://reawakener.com/blog/index.php/feed/

Comment Rss = feed:https://reawakener.com/blog/index.php/comments/feed/
